Efficient (adj): 1-  working or operating quickly and effectively in an organized way.

Stress (n): 1- great worry caused by a difficult situation, or something that causes this condition. (Adj.: Stressful)
E.g.: Yoga is a very effective way to fight stress.

Demanding (adj): 1- needing a lot of time, attention, or energy.
E.g.: She’s a very demanding child.

Foreigner (n): 1- a person who comes from another country.
E.g.: There are many foreigners living in Shanghai.
