Loophole – noun, a line in a law or contract that can be abused
Ex. Although the contract looked fair at first, my boss found a loophole and decreased my pay.
Interpersonal – adjective, between people
Ex. Interpersonal relationships in Taiwan are very different from those on the mainland.
Anchor – verb, to hold someone to one place
Ex. As people get older, they begin to be anchored down by responsibilities and the prospect of moving to a new place is scary.
