License Plate – the plate with identifying numbers on your car.
eg: “I didn’t get a license plate from the auction.”
charisma – an ability to make people like you and follow you
eg: “He has a lot of charisma.”
charismatic adj. –
eg: “Mr. Wong is very charismatic.”
max out (credit card) V. – to spend the maximum amount on your card.
eg: “Damon maxed out my credit card buying teddy bears.”
minimum – the smallest amount
eg: “The minimum fee for a license plate is 80,000 yuan.”
Paying attention to the actual question:
