Most of time the families will go to restaurant to celebrate and buy cake

–           Usually, families will go out to a restaurant to celebrate, it is also common to buy a cake.

Foreign ppl always have a party but Chinese people don’t like.

–          Foreign people always throw a party but Chinese people don’t like to do that

–          Foreigners seem to like to throw a party for their birthday, but Chinese people generally don’t do that.

Other province don’t have this tradition – Other provinces don’t have this custom/ or tradition

The wind was very big –  The wind was very strong

Else – other  – its an alternative to something.
