exfoliate  – to remove dead skin

scrub (noun) – a mixture of cream and sth sugar-like

eg. I use a sugar scrub to exfoliate my skin on my body.

scrub/scrubbing/scrubbed (verb) – a fast, hard motion to remove sth

eg. I scrub the pots and pans when they are covered in sticky soy sauce.

blotch(noun) / blotchy (adj.)

eg. When you have small red or white areas of skin you have blotches, you are blotchy.
