Count on – to believe in or trust someone
eg: “You can always count on me.”
cross your fingers – to hope for good luck
eg: “Cross your fingers and hope it doesn’t rain.”
hand in hand – to go together or along with
eg: “Jiaozi and La Jiao go hand in hand.” “Dumplings and hot sauce go hand in hand.”
Grammar
Past Participle – use HAVE BEEN, to explain something that started in the past and is still happening now.
I’ve been living in Shanghai since I was born.
