Isabella’s salary expectation is above 350,000 RMB/ Y which is around 20-30% increase compared to her current total package( 280,000 RMB/Y).

For Roger’s situation, he is willing to decrease his current total income from 600,000 RMB/Y to 500,000 RMB/Y.

Both of them can be covered within the range.
