My boss chose me to do this presentation because… it connected with my job responsibility. Part of the policy is my duty. On the other hand maybe it’s just random, because three people had to give a training to everybody on the book which is about the new policy. So just randomly asked me to prepare for the policy. One of my colleagues has to prepare the contract, about how to sign a contract and the content of it. The last colleague has to prepare for the process about the whole business. Which one should be the first and which one should be after. I think the reason why my boss is not very please about my presentation is I lose some details, for example. To compare this policy with the old policy and to give the difference, I didn’t give clear information about the difference. This is a new policy, it’s pension for the state-owned government guys. Before they did not have to pay the pensions, but now they have to. The government give some policy to instruct how to build the pension fund. I give the key points in the laws and explain the key points, and give the difference between the new laws and the old laws.

So my boss just randomly asked me to prepare a presentation. One of my colleagues has to prepare a presentation, about how to sign a contract and the content of it. The last colleague has to prepare his part about the pension procedures. I think the reason why my boss was not very pleased with my presentation was that I left out some details. For example, comparing this policy with the old policy and explaining the difference. This is a new pension policy for government employees. Before they did not have to contribute to pensions, but now they do. The government created a program to instruct how to build pension funds. I gave the key points about the laws and explained them, and explained the difference between the new ones and the old ones.
