i went to suzhou 2 years ago with a friend. we went there for some food and we went to the pingzhan road. we have been there for abt 2 days and we ate yoghurt and chicken feet. itās really delicious. and we also tried to go to the suzhou university but we havenāt the card which the current students of the suzhou university. we just spent about 2 days there and we donāt have enough timeā¦. it brings you the feeling that you can go back to the old times.Ā

A friend and I took a trip to suzhou to have a look around andĀ tryĀ some ofĀ the localĀ food. One of the places we went to wasĀ pingzhanroad whereĀ we wentĀ for aboutĀ 2 days. During our time there, two of the local foods we ate, wereĀ yoghurt and chicken feet which wereĀ really delicious. WeĀ wanted to go toĀ suzhou university but we didnāt haveĀ the studentĀ card to get in. We just spent about 2 days there as that’s all we hadā¦. itĀ gave usĀ a really strong back-t0-nature feeling

when we were at that place = during our time there = while we were there
the old times – before technology was as good as it is now Ā / my previous situation
wild / wilderness = natural + without people
back to nature feeling = very green, with water, and nice sounds
took me back to the old days = reminded me a lot of my past (nostalgic feeling)
the good old days = the days I remember in a positive way
eg. oh man, those were the good old days
we went to 2 places, suzhou and hangzhou. – We went to 2 places, one of them being suzhou and the other being hangzhou = One of the places we went to was suzhou, and the other was hangzhou.
