Vocabulary

Patronize – to speak to someone with a tone of voice that sounds passively insulting
Ex. I felt that the waiter is in the restaurant was patronizing me.

To kneel and propose marriage to the person you love.
Ex. “Look! He’s getting down on one knee!”
