I have been eating pizza.    (still eating,   don’t know when you started)

I have been eating pizza for(how long) one hour.

I have been eating pizza since (a moment in the past) 2001.  (doesn’t need to be continuous)

Have been to:

Have been – Past particple,  sth started in the past and is still going now.

Have been eating

I have been working in Shanghai for 6 months. (I’m still in SH)

Simple past :

I worked in SH for 6 months.   (probably not in Shanghai, but definitely finished working)

have been – strictly for grammar use, doesn’t mean to posses sth.

have had – used for something you possessed in the past

I haven’t had a holiday

Pronunciation

Desert – D’Zert

Dessert – Deh Zert
