hamper – to slow the movement, progress, or action of (someone or something)

eg: My work hasn’t been hampered by working from home.

notes – a brief record of something written down to assist the memory or for future reference.

eg: Can I check your notes to see what you’ve been working on?

note – usually a piece of paper given to someone with useful information

eg: Can you give him a note for me?
