castles  – very old stone buildings where royalty (kings, queens, princesses, princes) live

ex: I love visiting the old castles in France.

up-keep – to keep something looking good

ex: Her monthly up-keep is expensive because of all the facials and manicures.

ex: The up-keep of the castle will be a lot of work.

exotic – strange or different

ex: South America is a very exotic place.
