this gives us a precise evaluation of the candidate

do sth. to someone – usually a bad thing, implies they did not know or agree to it

eg: I don’t know why she did that to me, I thought we were friends.

do sth. for someone – usually a good thing, to help a person, if they know about it not.

eg: I washed your dishes for you. I did that for you.

to go all out – To use the utmost amount of energy, effort, enthusiasm, and/or resources (toward some task or action)

eg: My company really went all out for our annual party.

eg: He went all out studying for his exam, he even hired a private tutor.

turnover rate – the rate at which employees get hired and fired at a  company

eg: Some companies can thrive despite a high turnover rate.

pedestrian – a person walking near the street

eg: Xin tian di, is a pedestrian street.

eg: Pedestrians have the right of way. (they have the right to go first)
