Bachelorās Degree (n): 1- a degree that is given to a student by a college or university usually after four years of study
E.g.: He has a bachelorās degree in History.
Masterās Degree (n): 1- a degree that is given to a student by a college or university usually after one or two years of additional study following a bachelor’s degree
E.g.: Raph is currently doing his masterās degree at Fudan University.
Doctorate (n): 1- the highest degree that is given by a university.
E.g.: I will not pursue a doctorate after I finish my masterās.
Program (n): 1- a planned series of future events or performances. 2- a planned educational course, such as a Bachelorās, Masterās or Doctorate.
E.g.: I just started a masterās program at Fudan University.
Petroleum (n): 1- a kind of oil that comes from below the ground and that is the source of gasoline and other products.
E.g.: He studied Petroleum Engineering at Qingdao University.
Q: What do you do for a living?
A: Iām a material merchandiser at H&M. I work in the building next-door.
Although I work for H&M, I prefer Zara.
I prefer Zara to H&M
