European Cup

European Cup started two days ago, which is the second exciting time for football fans, behind World Cup. I’m a fair weather fan, only watching important games or a battle between two famous teams, picking a team, always being a strong team to be a “fan” and talking about the games after reading news which make me seems like I watched game.
My roommate in university is a real fan, close to a die-hard fan who can tell the details about every important games and watch every game of European Cup and World Cup. I was influenced by him, and watched 2006 World Cup and 2008 European Cup. Germany is my favorite team, because of one man, maybe the best keeper – Kahn, who helped Germany entered the finals of 2002 World Cup, just by himself. From that time, I became Germany’s’ fan, and it is really interesting to see the progress and development of one team. You can see the young man gradually become the main force of the team, instead of older, see changing of the style and tactics of it, like you don’t know whose you will watch the games with two or four years later which make you feel that the team is growing up with you. For me, that’s the most attractive part.
