After Chinese New Year, I found I’ve gained weight and got fat. That really made me sad and upset. Especially when I heard my best friend she wants to get married and she wants me to be her maid of honor. So when I came back to Shanghai, I decided to lose my weight. Here is my plan. Do more exercises: stop lie on the bed and leave your chair right now , do the sports I like, kendo, dance or homeyoga. Try to do more exercises as many as I can! Stop eating: I think this is the most important part in the circle and this is the worst part for me , I really love to eat . I really love my pork, sausages, fast noodles, fried chicken and I hate vegetables. I started change last Monday, I wake up at 7,then I did some sports for half an hour, like plank or just shake my stomach. Then I ate breakfast for oatmeal or yogurt. I can’t drink too much milk because I think I have lactose intolerance, it’s bad for me ,if I drink too much milk then toilet must be my bedroom that day. And I tried to spare some love to vegetables, I know it good for my health.

3. stand instead of sit at work,

4. do sports I like, for example kendo, and do activities at home like belly dance or yoga. Try to do as many sports as I can!

5. Stop eating: I think this is the most important step in my plan and this is the hardest/most difficult part for me, because I really love to eat. I really love my pork, sausages, instant noodles, fried chicken and I really hate vegetables.
