Blindfold (n/v): 1- a piece of cloth tied round the head to cover someone’s eyes. 2- to cover the eyes of (a person) with a piece of cloth< E.g.: They blindfolded him to made sure he could not see what he was eating.

Guideline (n): 1- a rule or instruction that shows or tells how something should be done.
E.g.: The company has issued a lot of new behavioral guidelines for their employees.
