eg. I give feedback to my boss

it’s fresh for me – it’s fresh / it’s new for me
eg. Smart English as a English teaching method, is fresh. = it’s unique and new.
eg2. The Smart English way is a new method for me. = I haven’t experienced it before

it’s fresh = it’s new / it’s interesting because it’s new for me

trial and error – to learn by trying things and making mistakes and learning from your mistakes.
eg. I always learn by trial and error
eg2. I think trial and error is a good method for program management

trips – the noun for travel = the experience / event / plan of going from a place to another place
travelling – the process of going from a place to another place
eg. travelling is really enjoyable

my speak english is not so natural – my oral / spoken English doesn’t sound very natural
