Vocabulary

I went to work, I had dinner, then i went back to work

Computer Vocabulary:

Browser – an app used to access websites online

eg: “I use the iphone browser a lot.” “I’m using Explorer to access my company’s website.”

App – Application, Software, Program

eg: “We use the Code V(five) app to design optical systems.”

Reboot – to restart the computer

eg: “After you install a new app, you need to reboot the computer.”

Power cycle – to remove electricity or power from the device.

eg: “To power cycle the device, unplug it, then plug it in again.”

Prepositions in sentences:

We use the app for optical systems. (Use for, a N. a thing)

We use the app for designing(adj) optical systems (N)

We use the app to order a taxi. (Use to, V. do something)
