I tried to be on time but I failed. I think because I sleep too late so I can’t get up earlier. So maybe sleep earlier is a method to solve the problem. But I think it can’t came true. I’m only late 10 or 20 minutes. Better than the other colleagues, it’s not ok.

I’m usually running late for work. And I was late this morning, because I slept in again! So the boss made HR send an email to all my colleagues telling us to not be late again. I tried to be punctual but I failed. I think because I went to sleep too late so I couldn‘t get up early. So maybe going to sleep earlier is a way to solve the problem. But I think it can’t come true. Usually I’m only 10 or 20 minutes late. That‘s better than the other colleagues, but it’s still not ok.
