If I was a principal,firstly,I think I will care if the students are really happy. secondly,I will reduce homework,however,students should study by themselves in scheduled time or free time.Thirdly,I will encourge my students actively participate in various activities to broaden their horizens and make more friends I think these experiences will help them in the future.

First, if I was a school principal, my main priority would be to make sure the students are happy. Secondly, I would reduce the amount of homework the students are assigned. I would do this because I want students to have more free time for themselves. Lastly, I would encourage my students to actively participate in various activities to broaden their horizons and make more friends. I believe all these experiences will help them with their futures.

Tell me about yourself, including your family background and where you grew up?

I’m from Shanghai which is in the east part of China. My family is from the Zhejiang Province. My parents met in the Zhejiang Province at work. They moved to Shanghai in 2000 after my dad was offered a job. My father is a business man and my mother used to work as an accountant.

I’m interested in painting although I’m not very good. I want to be a teacher in the future. I think teaching children is very interesting and rewarding.
