e.g. Are you here for business or for leisure?

moderation – not too much, not too little
e.g. It’s okay to eat a little bit of candy sometimes, all things in moderation.
Mediterranean – 地中海 related to the countries bordering the Mediterranean sea
e.g. Italy and Spain are both Mediterranean countries.
carbs – carbohydrates – 碳水化合物
e.g. Potatoes, rice and pasta are all foods that are very heavy in carbs.
