hypo = too low

hyperglycemic =  high sugar content

carnivorous adj = said about an animal that eats meat
carnivore n = an animal that eats meat

herbivorous adj = said about an animal that eats plants 
herbivore n = an animal that eats plants

omnivorous adj = said about an animal that eats both plants and meat
