Email writing (Jesse)

I have two projects on hand, and I need to design the layouts. I finished the design two weeks ago when I was in Beijing. So my manager planned two business trips because the projects are in different cities and belong to different distributors (dealers). One distributor is in Hangzhou and another is in Suzhou, and they both belong to the east of China so are not very far away. First we went to Hangzhou to discuss the layout (方案）with the boss of the distributor, and after this discussion we need to redesign the layout of the first floor, because the changes are too big. After our discussion we decided to change Kohler’s location in the first floor, the second floor/one has a small change which is to just use a small part of Kohler’s area for the distributor’s stuff. On the same day we went to Suzhou, and we arrived there at night. We had a meeting (会面）the next day.  I think Suzhou’s project was successful because the distributor just had a little change, and they almost agreed to our design which is good.
