Today, I would like to talk about the working attitude.

Early this morning, I received a paper work of PPT from my subordinate. I read it and found some basic writing faults on it. The boy who made this paper work is about 25 years old and has made these mistakes several times before. I felt disappointed of his working attitude as a working beginner.

Form my working experience, working hard is more important than being smart. Bosses always trust the employees who do the missions seriously and will give them more and more opportunities. The differences exist in the details. Details shows that you think and do the task carefully or not. If you are trained as a worker with a detailed  working attitude at the beginning of your career, you will get a huge benefit in your whole life.

Are you agree with me? I hope my subordinate could notice his working attitude and improve it from now on.

The differences can be seen in the details. Details show whether you think, and if you do the task carefully or not. If you are trained as a worker with a detail focused working attitude at the beginning of your career, you will get a huge benefit your whole life.

Working attitude – Could also call it ‘work ethic’

Hi Michelle, Yes I agree with you.  Work ethic, and your attitude towards working is very important.  I think it starts at an early age, right from what your parents and grandparents taught you as a child.  Although it is easy to follow other people’s poor habits, hopefully we can keep our work ethic strong our entire life.
