J: You didn’t see my piano performance last Month.
M: I’m sorry that I couldn’t make it.
J: You turned me down last week when I asked you to hang out with me.
M: I….. I was engaged elsewhere.
J: You didn’t show up in my birthday party yesterday. I can’t take it anymore and that’s the last straw. I have to talk to you.
M: Don’t push me. Believe me that I’ve been giving you the cold shoulder for your good.
J: What is that?
M: Well. I’m married and my boss Steven is my husband.
J: What?
M: Yes, that’s true. I’m sorry I have to hide from all of you.You know what I’m saying. If the management knows that, they would fire me or Steven or maybe both of us. I didn’t want to let the cat out of the bag, but anyway now I can take a load off.
J: Why don’t you find another job?
M: Let’s face the music. I even don’t have college education background. Who do you think would like to hire me.
J: No, I don’t agree with you. To learn new skills and you’ll be better off.
M: I feel bad about not having college education.
J: Come on. Learning is not something you can do it once and for all. Let bygones be bygones. Now you should get out of your comfort zone, set your new goal and to learn till you have what it takes.
