I want to quit smoking. What should I do?
I would like to ask you a question “Do you really determine? Or you just want to quit but still under consideration? If you haven’t determined, then please think about the reason why you want to quit and persuade yourself. This is very important since quit smoking need real determination instead of hesitation. I suggest that you stop cold turkey rather than stopping gradually. Although it is bad for your health if you have a long smoking history, it can help you quit the smoking quickly. One more thing, you can buy some candies which can be conductive for resisting smoking addiction.
• I won 100,000 dollars and I don’t know how to spend it. What should I do?
If I could be you, I will resign immediately and spare one in three of it to travel around the world. I will save one in three of it in a bank and will invest the rest.

• I gained a lot of weight in last few years. I want to lose at least 10kg. What should I do?
Eat less and exercise more.
Firstly, please make sure the calories you take in from different kinds of food are lower than what you need to maintain the body’s vital function or basal metabolic rate. You can roughly estimate/calculate the calories and then control it, especially some high-calorie food, like dessert, high-fat dairy, chocolate, etc.
Secondly, please do some regular exercise 2 or 3 times every week. You can select a sport what you like and then you can insist on. You need to do exercise 30mins at least every time because the energy that you consumed within 30mins is from glycogen instead of fat.

You don’t start to burn fat until after 30 minutes of exercise.
