11. Do you always eat vegetables?
Yes, I try to eat vegetables everyday because I think we can’t find another food that is as perfectly matched to our everyday human needs as vegetables. I like raw-cooked vegetables and the original flavor can be well protected.

12. Do you cook? If yes, what food do you cook the most often?
Yes, I like cooking and I try to cook more by myself instead of eating outside since I think it is not healthy. So I will cook some simple food if I get home early during working days. In the weekend, I will spend some time in the kitchen to cook and make some food which can be kept in the fridge, like dumpling, Huntun, etc.
13. Do you drink milk every day?
Not every day, but almost since sometimes I will forget it.

14. Do you drink tea every day?
No, I don’t have a habit of drinking tea. Actually I like milk tea because it is sweet and smooth, even I know high-sugar food is not healthy. I try to drink less.

15. Do you eat beef?
Yes, it’s my favorite. I think it’s much healthier than Chicken and pork since they are easy to be fed with feedstuff in factories and grow up quickly in a short time within 3-5 months. So some of chicken and pork in the market are not flesh and easy to be cooked well. However, due to cattle’s nature, they need much longer time to get weight.

16. Do you eat bread every day?
I don’t eat bread every day. However, sometimes/occasionally I will buy some bread from bakery shops on the way when I am back home as the coming day’s breakfast. I will also make bread with my bread machine at the weekends. it’s very convenient that I will follow its recipe and add measured materials into the machine, then just press the button. When the baking smell comes up after waiting for around 3.5 hours, then it is ready and you can taste it!

17. Do you eat breakfast every day?
Yes. We must eat breakfast every day since it is beneficial/good/helpful for our health and it can provide the whole day energy to us. I will have cornmeal/cereal with milk, an egg, bread or streamed bun. When I go to office, I will have some fruits and nuts.

18. Do you eat fruit every day?
Yes, apple is a must since I remember one saying that an apple a day, keeps doctors away.
In addition, normally I will buy some seasonal fruits.
