Travel diary entry Oct.13, Salt Lake City & Las Vegas

Today we visited Salt Lake City very early in the morning because we have to arrive in Las Vegas before the sunset.

Salt Lake City is belong to Jesus State which is the seventh state we passed in the whole trip, and this small town is not so famous for us so we didn’t expect too much before, but when we been there, it was really surprised me for its cleaning streets, beautiful views and peaceful atmosphere.

We visited a church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints firstly, actually I didn’t know what it means. When we were going to move to the next scenic spot, State of UTAH, we saw two farms who were sowing in the ground which is in front of the church and the seeds just looked like shallots. The funny thing was nobody of us got the right answer until one farm showed us the picture of the flowers.

Left the nice small town, now we are going to Las Vegas, the famous gamble city in the world. It will be my second time to be there and I am so excited to see it again. See you soon, LV!

Salt Lake City is a very religious place. It is the seventh state we‘ve been to the whole trip, and this small town is not so well known to us so we didn’t expect too much, but when we got there, it was really surprising to see the clean streets, beautiful views and peaceful atmosphere.

We visited a church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints first, actually I didn’t know what it meant.
