My first yoga experience

Few weeks ago I suddenly want to go a yoga class. I had three complimentary yoga class last week thanks to my friend. Then I was hooked on doing yoga. Every morning I go to the yoga class to prepare for the day. With taking a first deep breath It is the start to do a meditation and I can focus on my body and soul. All steps help me to find my inner peace and to release the stress at work and my life. If I concentrate to achieve a perfect yoga pose I will never find a peace and be relaxed. I think the important thing in yoga is the process and the improvement not just the result. Therefore It takes a long time for significant result (that) people are satisfied. In the past I couldn`t understand the people falling in love with yoga. Honestly I thought they bluffed themselves and made a big deal with the fancy yoga mat and fitted sexy clothes. However I finally have come to realized “Never judge until you`ve walked in someone`s shoes”. I really happy to find a good hobby and It will be my habit during I live in shanghai.
