Hi XXX,

Hope this email finds you well. This is Flora Fan from ABC Shanghai Office.

I am delighted to share a opportunity with your firm to recommend one senior British lawyer to give lecture to young Chinese lawyers in Beijing. This is a high-level training course program on international legal service jointly held by the China Law Society and Beijing Lawyers Association, aiming to cultivate leading and most excellent Chinese lawyers to handle foreign-related matters. The trainees of the course will be carefully selected by Beijing Lawyers Association.

The suggested topic of the lecture will be Overseas M&A Practice for Chinese companies, and the training course will be on the morning of September 9 in Beijing. They welcome English native speaker lawyer to give a three hours lecture (consecutive interpretation will be provided). The expenses of food and accommodation (if necessary) during this Training Course will be borne by the China Law Society at RMB 13,000.

If your firm is intersected, we would be greatly appreciated if you could send the C.V. of the proposed speaker and teaching outlines (if any) to us by this Friday. We will pass on such information to China Law Society, and then they will get back to us with a confirmation accordingly.

Should you have any further question, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Best regards,
Flora Fan
