Hi, this is my work email after first round client meeting, usually we will send one greeting mail to say hello and brief the details we discussed before with our client. I really want you to help me to correct my Chinglish sentences and use more native tone to instead of them so that I can keep it as a temple. Thank you very much.

As we discussed before, I list the key terms of TOB as below,

Service Fee: 20% of total annual income
Minimum charge: 50K RMB
Payment date: within 30 calendar days of the date of invoice
Guarantee period: 3 months
Ownership: 1 month
VAT: covered by the client

More details you can find the TOB as attachment. (TOB 39 is our formal contract which couldn’t be changed anyway and TOB 32 is specialize for some different terms discussed with the client ). Anything else please let me know feel free.
