Belows are some questions that I need to answer in the 3rd month and could you please help to correct my answering? Thank you very much.
What have been your main achievements in your first 3 months? (Please highlight the most
significant)
Finish 4 placements in the past 3 month and some pipelines.
BD clients in Aesthetic Medicine and hospital industries. Now I slow down to BD new desk’s client and focus on searching good candidates, like doctors, operation&management role.
Run 20+jobs at the mean time with 30% for new desk 70% for pharmaceutical commercial role. BD pharmaceutical client and develop person brand

What do you enjoy most about your job?
In Hays, I believe ‘The more you pay, the more you will gain’.
I think Hays teaches me how to get information positive, such as lunch & learn, training program, workshop… Also learning is a consistent process that I feel I keep leaning anywhere anytime in Hays.
I am so proud of working with so many great coworkers.

What challenges have you faced and how have you tried to overcome them?
Challenges: How to consistently meet my monthly target./How to build up a new desk as soon as possible.
For me , I believe that more jobs and more candidates will lead more fees. I will try holding 15-20 jobs at the mean time to make my fee consistently every month. Since Aesthetic Medicine/hospital industry is very different, compare with the other industries, whatever in clients or candidates, I will pay less than 40% energy for it right now and much more focus on marketing role in pharmaceutical.

Comment on your performance against the targets set in your first 3 months. Give examples.
My target is keeping changing, when I meet one target I will set a harder target to instead of it.
First month, I want to finish all the KPI, BD clients, understand Hays culture, improve and challenger myself, get fee. Second month, I want to specialize in my desk, develop personal brand, BD more clients and consistently fee. Now, I hope I can be more professional in all aspects.
I think I try my best but not good enough, like KPI, communication skill, professional… there are a huge gap between me and a great consultant. Actually I am not satisfied with my past performance but I will improve myself ASAP in the next few month.
