It has been 3 months that i joined Hays. Firstly, it’s very lucky for me to learn a lots from my peers and trainers whether in professional skill or in proactive mindset. Secondly, since I am a consultant staff, so i need to develop more and more high quality clients for my new desk healthy development. Reviewing my past 3 months professional, I think BD call is a very important KPI which needs to be worked harder in the future. Also as a consultant, I need to ensure consistent fee every month which means I need to keep more jobs in not only from Aesthetic Medicine industry but also Pharmaceutical industry. Tiredly, about my new desk, Aesthetic Medicine is a very new and immature industry with huge margin at the back, it’s a big challenge for me to continue to invest my time and energy into it before success. For me, I need to balance my time to arrange and manage my works to maintain my new desk in a healthy growth.
All in all, KPI is very important for a new staff, we need to follow it up before we become a mature headhunter, but the more important things is we should understand what we really want so that we can achieve our target more efficient. Build up self-reputation in the market, and before that, rely on Hays branding will be a good choose.
