what is the difference between Hong Kong people and Mainlanders

I think about the difference between Hong kong people and mainlanders:
1.As the appearance , HK people’s skin is good than mainlanders, they looks like Janpanese. Even though with mainlanders looks similarly but when you see both of them you still can know where they come from, but I don’t know how to recognize.

2. I work in HK group that I need to talk and deal some work with HK people, as I know who they take work seriously and do them the best.A part of Mainlanders is similarly , but still have some people depends the relationship to find work and they don’t seriously do their work. Maybe HK has this kind of people too.
3. HK people have good education than mainlanders ( except BJ & SH), there are different people from all of the world, they can know more different of the world early than mainlanders
