One day, the government announce a regulation what people should to plant the poppy. They set up some particular tutorials to teach people how to plant it . people don’t know why they had to do that, they think that is very dangerous things for everyone.
Therefore, a burglar that is advocate for liberal, he is extroverted guy, he is always to steal something from the rich man and high leader of the government, and gave them to the citizens. Whatever people love him very much. He think that must have a conspiracy in the new regulation. So he start to conduct a survey to find the truth. According the action, he knew the minister of the agriculture ministry that is real instigator about this regulation, because He wants to earn the profit for himself. That’s a amazing! They just think about themself. So he decide to change it. He organize some demonstration to against the regulation. Meanwhile he wear a pumpkin helmet to steal money from the rich. All the people said that a pumpkin hero to save them in the dangerous situation.
Finally the government had to cancel the regulation and dissolve the ministry of agriculture.

tutorials – right, teaching people to do something
announce – right, to tell publicly
Burglar – a thief, not quite clear from the sentence it is in, but clear later where you say that he steals from the rich and gives to the poor
Liberal – people who believe in high levels of political and economic freedom
Extroverted – very friendly and energetic, one who likes to spend time with other people
Ministry –  right, part of a government
Pumpkin – 南瓜, a large orange gourd, like a giant vegetable; I have never heard of a pumpkin helmet, but this doesn’t necessarily mean it’s wrong
Dissolve – right, to break something into small pieces, especially in liquid; to end a formal body, like part of a government
Instigator – right, someone who starts something, especially trouble
