What are you good at?

I’m good at identifying potential and talents of the team. Everyone is so unique and each person definitely have their own persona and charisma. I respect what they are. For my previous job, I have to define each instructors positioning and charisma, what their target consumers are and which future path they could develop? Finding other people strengths become my strength and I feel satisfied with helping people to develop their talents and find better version of themselves.
