As a watersports lover, I am happily living in Hongkong. Finally, I found someone who wants to go to the ocean park water wonderland with me. The two of us were both excited about all the rides yet also afraid of them. When we arrived at the entrance, security reminded us that our tickets were expired because I thought we had bought the flexible date ticket, yet we purchased one set day pass. What a pity, we wasted 1000 HK dollars. Knowing it was a sunk cost, we spent 1 min buying two new tickets and happily went into the wonderland. It is an extraordinary wonderland, and the two of us were so amazed by all of the rides that we spent about half hour aligning and figuring out which item to be the first one to start. It was pretty funny that we talked a lot with the guidance ladies about each item and found most of them were too frightening for us to go. Ultimately, we tried 3 or 4 things that brought us great joy and excitement. We are excited enough by merely visiting the place, enjoying the beautiful scenery, and understanding how the items work. The HK government spent hundreds of millions on this project, so we think it’s worth visiting and donating some money to this project. What a lovely summer in HK.
