What’s your rule in these project?
I worked as a project leader in my team. For different project, I had different responsibilities.
For some important projects or some projects we did for the first time, for example the project we talked about before, I needed to govern the whole project. I developed the whole framework of the project, set a timetable and monitored its real-time progression. I planned team members’ work, and they reported to me reqularly, so that I could conclude pain points and point out the directions of analysis and solutions. And I also needed to do some detail works in such project, like designing logic of some data and collect them.
For some regular project, I would give my subordinates more space, and give them some help when they need.
