I deeply apologize that we have not completed this shooting project smoothly in Sydney last month. I think it was real a pity for both of us. Although we have put much energy and cost in this shooting, the result was disappointing. Our team have reviewed the problems during this shooting and have discussed about how to compensation to this project. We decide that we will give away our partial cost from your down payment and refund the balancing (20,000CNY) to your company this week as our sincerity.

Hope we can get other cooperative opportunities in the future.

Our team have reviewed the problems during this shooting and have discussed how to compensate you for this project. We have decided that we will not deduct our costs from your down payment and refund the balance (20,000CNY) to your company this week.
