I am sorry to inform you that I have decided to pursue other opportunities to help develop new skills.

During this past year I was very happy to be a part of the team & company. I learnt a lot from both of you. But I realized that I still have many weaknesses that I want to improve. But I want to say thank you and let you know I appreciate everything you’ve done for me.

I will be happy to work with you until Sept 4th to help find a replacement and train them.
