The education from parents.

The drawing portrays a thought-provoking scene of a father and a son. The left side pic shows that the farther are watching TV and asking his son to finish classwork. However, the son looks like unwilling to do that accordingly. The right side pic shows that they are writing something together. Conceivably, what the picture intends to imply is that taking action is a better way to educate instead of saying.

The fact, this seemingly simple cartoon subtly disclosers a prevailing phenomenon that many parents always educate their child as same as the manner of this father like picture. The primary factor lies in the lack of education of elder parents, because in their youth, they focused on personal skill not higher education. Thus, they did not realize that.

I believe that we will be new parents, we have higher education, and we will start to do that from ourselves. Also, we can practice it at work. If someday, we will be a team leader we should take action first instead of saying only.
