When NOKIA entered into in China, I just started to cooperation with the brand promotion. I was responsible for sale and customer services. We created NOKIA professioner store. There were the image of unified and furniture. We set up standard procedure and professioner customer services. We had an ERP systerm for contorl every inventory every mobile to sell detail around the world. We had the best team and the ‘people first’ corporate culture. Although because of the board’s wrong decision,the great brand already gone for ever. But we always love it.
