Dear all,

Regarding the supporting documents for payment, not only you but also Joanne disagreed with my understanding, that’s why below communication occurred.
In short, there’s some misunderstanding across the different functions. Fortunately, we are on the same page now. Attached please find the standard we can follow. 
According to the Financial Dept., I am authorized to approve invoices, which means going forward, I won’t ask you to have KC.’s approval. I apologize for any confusion caused in the previous 2 weeks.

Still I need you help me with 2 things:
1. Let me know If I should apply for payment immediately or when you think it’s time to pay since I cannot read Korean.
2. Please provide the agenda or attendee’s list to me when they are available. (Attendees’ list could be ignored if it’s an exhibition I suppose.)

Hi, Susan,

HCP committee has not approved the application yet, instead they have a question for you:
Why would we be promoting the ABC at a pediatric conference as this would be considered off-label? Also, they do not have record of this conference being reviewed and approved by the Committee previously.

Please let me know your insight.

Hi, Joanne, I created the PR for IMOB, could you please approve? This morning I received the HCP approval and if I can provide all the supporting document within 30 minutes, Financial dept. can make payment this week! So I want to catch up the deadline.
