Today I visited a friend who gave birth to a baby a month ago and now is on maternal leave. She is the mother of two sons of which the first one is only two years old. She is very busy to take care of two babies, so her mother comes here to help her. She was glad that I could come to visit her because she seemed lost contact with outside after childbirth. The baby is so tiny that he knew nothing but crying. When he is hungry, she will breastfeed her baby. She told me that she fed her baby every two hours, even at night, so she often didn’t have a good rest during nights. Only when the baby go to sleep, she can have a snap. Now she becomes very fat after giving birth to her second baby. After I heard her story, I think it is terrible to have a baby. However, she seems enjoy the current life even though she has been going through a lot of changes. She told me that it was painful but joyful to be a mother. We talked a lot about the things happened on each other.
