Hello Joy. I have a problem to talk with you. It is about a kids’ style. Here is the sample. The order was placed. And the merchandiser is going to give ******(a factory’s name) to make it. This is the development sample from the factory. Due to the topstitches, we can see the factory is not good at such style. So I am worried if let them take the order. After talked with the merchandiser, he said other factory didn’t make sample before. And the order is based on this sample’s price. So he doesn’t want to change the factory. But he also said the factory themselves said they are not good at such style. The factory is the normal quality supplier. They never produce for our small brand team. As the 1st season we try to cooperate with them, there are many issues on process to work with them. So it is better to let them try the style they are good at. If they can successfully operate them, then we could give them some difficult styles to develop their potential. My opinion is to let other suitable supplier to operate this order. Now the order was just place. If we catch time, it is still possible to complete with high quality ends. How do you think about this issue?

So I am worried if I let them take/have/receive/complete/produce/manufacture the order. After talking with the merchandiser, he said other factories didn’t make samples before and the order is based on s price. So he doesn’t want to change the factory. However, he also said the factory themselves said they are not good at such style. The factory is the normal quality supplier. They have never produced for our small brand team. As it is the 1st season we are trying to cooperate with them although there are many issues during the process/while working with them. So it is better to let them try the style that they are good at. If they can successfully operate them, then we could give them some difficult styles to develop their potential. My opinion is to let another suitable supplier operate/produce/manufacture this order.

Remember, the order was just placed. If we move quickly, it is might still be possible to have a higher quality product. What do you think?
