It’s ok for this project of CNBJ office. Just would like to mention that it would be nice to remind the FOs the rules for such project as it is a bit chaotic.

• The FOs don’t know the process, suppose should be explained to them before they start the project. They don’t know how long to create PO and how to define the “MA” or “Principle” project, don’t know the principle “no PO, no work”.
• The timeline of CNBJ/CNSH projects has been changed several times, different people game me different answer which made me confused a lot.
• The key focus of the FO is to know the rules and process it, consider all situation and make the plan as earlier.\
• For the key information and process, please make sure to involve me in the loop also.

It might to be good to review the whole process and make sure all involved have the training beforehand. As I am new-jointed also, it will be great appreciated if you or Kevin can arrange a training for me after the holiday.

Cleaning plan should be postponed to 22nd Oct.

1, Cleaner (on-site) has sharing her experience. Employees have complained in Aug if arrange carpet cleaning . Aug is a rainy month, so that the smell was bad. According to the weather forecast, it will rain on 4th Oct.

2, Security access project may be arrange on 15th Oct. I suggest to re-arrange cleaning project on 22nd Oct.

3, PO does not created until now, we could not start this project.
