Hi, Kevin,

I’m afraid we need this overlap period with Shadow since all the team member of SH office are very new, we need Shadow to provide the basic training to the new replacement, as well as to introduce her to site staffs. The position of FO is very important, I hope the transition will be smoothly.

Besides, I want to know CBRE’s work process of people management, such as: the KPI of turnover rate for site; the recuit process. From my view,we hope we will get the leaving infomation one month in advance so that we can fully prepared.

—Keep at least one week for the handover between Shadow and the successor? ———–Can we shorten this overlap period as Shadow will be still working in CBRE and can provide internal training/support if needed. I’ll keep you informed if any updates on the replacement recruitment.
