Your flight is CA960, which will land at 20:00 on 25th Jan. Mr Chen will wait for you at departure hall with a sigh of your name. He’ll drive you to Shangri-la Hotel directly, then you can take a good rest.
The next day you’ll have three meetings with our dealer, Mr Chen’s gonna pick you up at 9:00 and drive you to the company. You’ll stay in there for a whole day. The last meeting ought to complete at 19:00, then you will have a banquet with them. Here’s a gentle reminder, since your flight (CA961) to Shanghai will take off at 6:00 in the morning on 27th Jan, you might have to go back to the hotel as early as possible after the dinner if you need to take a nap.
FYI, Mr Chen will pick you at 3:00 at the front door of the hotel on 27th Jan. If you have any problem please contact me right away.

The last meeting will finish at 19:00, then you will have a banquet with them. Here’s a gentle reminder, since your flight (CA961) to Shanghai will take off at 6:00 in the morning on 27th Jan, you might have to go back to the hotel as early as possible after the dinner if you need to get some rest to ensure you catch the early flight the next day.
